3. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request cancellation before the official commencement of the project.

• Once project work has started and resources have been allocated, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Administrative, consultation, and payment processing charges may be deducted where applicable.

• No cancellation requests will be accepted after final delivery of the project or completion of agreed milestones.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

• If a project is canceled before initiation, a partial or full refund may be issued after deducting payment gateway and administrative charges.

• Advance payments for custom software development, consulting, or AI solutions are generally non-refundable once the project has commenced.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment.

• Change of mind after project initiation

• Delays caused due to lack of required information, approvals, or communication from the client

• Completed and delivered services

• Third-party costs including hosting, domain registration, licenses, software subscriptions, or government fees

In case of any payment-related dispute, clients are encouraged to contact us directly for resolution before initiating chargebacks or third-party complaints. We are committed to fair, transparent, and professional dispute handling.
