Failure to make payments may result in project suspension or termination.

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

• The Company retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• All pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of the Company.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, technical, and financial information shared during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Viatech Global Corporation shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Business loss, data loss, or profit loss

• Delays caused by third-party service providers

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party tools, hosting providers, APIs, or platforms. We are not responsible for interruptions, pricing changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Payment obligations are not met

• The client violates any applicable laws

• There is misuse of our systems or services

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
